Yasin Mansour
Founder & Principal Consultant

Yasin Mansour is a seasoned real estate and construction executive with more than 20 years of experience overseeing complex renovation, repositioning, and construction projects across the hospitality and commercial real estate sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked with premier general contractors and ownership groups to successfully execute turnkey hotel and resort renovations, repositionings, and remodeling programs throughout the United States, Central America, and the Caribbean.

His project experience spans hospitality asset classes including select-service hotels, full-service luxury resorts, and institutional-grade properties, with notable brand affiliations including Marriott International, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and Hilton Worldwide. Yasin has built a reputation for delivering projects ahead of schedule and under budget, with a relentless focus on execution, accountability, and maximizing owner value.

Yasin is also an active real estate investor and operator, having personally owned, managed, and exited investments across single-family, multifamily, and retail asset classes. This owner-operator perspective is what sets MCG apart — he approaches every project through the lens of ownership economics, not just construction execution. It enables him to bridge the gap between ownership, operations, and execution, making him a highly strategic partner for investors, developers, operators, and contractors seeking disciplined, value-driven project leadership.
